DearGod247 is an SMS-based service that provides scripture-based encouragement to users who text our service number. Our responses are generated using artificial intelligence and are based on the World English Bible (WEB) translation, which is in the public domain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use DearGod247. By using our service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 60-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial begins the first time you text our service number. After 60 days, continued access requires a paid subscription.

4. Subscription and Billing

After your free trial, DearGod247 is available for:

• $3.99 per month — billed monthly, cancel anytime
• $29.99 per year — billed annually, cancel anytime

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by replying STOP to any message from DearGod247.

6. Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your most recent charge and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving messages from DearGod247 at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

8. Not a Mental Health Service

DearGod247 is a faith-based encouragement service and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, counseling, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact:

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DearGod247 to:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

DearGod247 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that responses will be accurate or appropriate for every situation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DearGod247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
